oatmeal peanut butter cupcakes
2 and a half cups of oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
A teaspoon of baking powder
A large mashed banana
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
An egg
1/4 cup maple syrup
A teaspoon of vanilla
A cup of oat milk
3/4 cup chocolate chips
How to prepare oatmeal peanut butter cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a cupcake pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix oats with cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix the mashed banana with peanut butter.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Add maple syrup and vanilla and mix.
Pour the wet ingredients into the oat mixture, then add the oat milk and chocolate chips and continue mixing.
Place the mixture in a cupcake mold and cover it with chocolate chips.
Bake the cupcakes for 25 minutes until fully cooked.
Take out the oatmeal peanut butter cupcakes, let them cool, then serve
