4 pieces of chicken breasts, leather and bone

How to prepare crispy chicken with hot honey

To prepare the chicken, in a large bowl, mix the yogurt with the hot sauce.

Add the chicken pieces, stir, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

To prepare the crust, in another bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper.

In a third bowl, put the ground cornflakes.

To coat the chicken, preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and brush it with melted butter.

Remove the chicken from the yogurt mixture and dip each piece in the flour mixture, then in the ground cornflakes until well coated.

Place the coated chicken pieces on the baking tray.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and crispy.

To prepare the hot honey, mix the honey, hot sauce, and chili powder in a small bowl.

Remove the crispy chicken from the oven, drizzle it with the hot honey sauce, and serve
