For the caramel:


A cup of flour

2 eggs

A cup and a half milk

1 teaspoon salt

butter

For mushroom filling:


300 g bright mushrooms to slices

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves of garlic chopped

Salt and black pepper according to taste

A quarter cup of cooking cream

A quarter cup of chopped parsley

How to prepare crepe with mushrooms

To prepare crepe, whisk in a flour bowl, eggs, milk, and salt.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and put a tablespoon of butter.

Pour the dough in the pan to cover the pan's bottom, and cook for a minute to a minute and a half from both sides until golden. 

Repeat the process for the rest of the dough.

To prepare the mushroom filling, heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and mushrooms, and stir until the mushroom is soft.

Put salt and black pepper and stir well.

Add the cream and parsley, and stir until the ingredients are mixed.

To serve the crepe, put a quantity of filling of mushrooms in the middle of each cabin and wrap them into triangles.

Decorate the crepe with mushrooms with chopped parsley and serve hot.
