A box of pasta
450 g fresh salmon
Salt and pepper to taste
A tablespoon of olive oil
A tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup chicken stock
A teaspoon of lemon juice
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
A tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
flour
Parmesan cheese
How to prepare pasta with salmon and lemon
In a pot, boil salted water and pasta according to package instructions.
Coat the salmon with salt, pepper and flour.
In a frying pan, put oil and butter over medium heat.
Once the pan is hot, add the salmon and cook for 2 minutes on each side, then set aside.
Add the chicken stock, lemon juice, and garlic to the pan, bring it all to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium.
Add the cream, dill and salmon to the pan, and break up the fish with a spoon into medium-sized pieces. Cook everything for 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta, add it to the pan, and stir well.
Serve the salmon and lemon pasta hot with Parmesan cheese.
