shrimp with spicy tomato sauce
2 kg large shrimp
1 onion cut into slices
2 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
2 tablespoons red pepper paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon juice
Salt as desired
How to prepare shrimp with spicy tomato sauce
Heat a frying pan and add oil.
Add the onions and stir until they soften.
Add the shrimp, then the crushed garlic, red chili paste, tomatoes and salt.
Stir gently until the spices coat the shrimp and they turn orange.
Turn off the heat and add lemon juice.
Serve hot with rice.
