Coffee panna cotta

 Coffee panna cotta ingredients

Coffee panna cotta

1/4 cup cold water

2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin

A cup and a quarter of heavy cream

3/4 cup whole milk

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons instant coffee

A little salt

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to prepare coffee panna cotta

Grease 4 panna cotta molds with non-stick spray and set aside.

In a small bowl, add the gelatin, then pour cold water over it and let it soak for 10 minutes.

In a medium-sized bowl, over medium heat, put the cream, milk, sugar, and instant coffee together, and whisk to dissolve the sugar and coffee.

Once the sugar dissolves and bubbles begin to form around the edges of the pan, remove the pot from the heat, add the gelatin and whisk well.

Put salt and vanilla extract in the mixture and mix again.

Pour the coffee panna cotta mixture into the prepared molds, then cover them with plastic wrap, and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

When ready to serve, immerse each ramekin in hot water for 5 seconds, then invert the ramekin onto a small plate.

Garnish with chocolate and caramel sauce, and serve.
