A cup of nucleus dates and chopped

1 tablespoon of salted butter

A teaspoon and a half baking soda

Cup of sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ginger

A cup of boiling water

1/2 cup minced nuts

160 g flour



How to prepare dates pudding

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cover a circular mold with butter.

In a medium bowl, mix dates with butter, baking soda, sugar, salt and spices.

Pour the boiled water over the date mixture, stir the mixture and leave it to cool.

Add nuts and flour, then pour the mixture in the mold.

Bake the cake for 24 to 27 minutes, until it is tender.

Take the dates pudding out of the oven and serve hot with whipped cream, ice cream, or dates caramel.
