Vegetable soup


3 tablespoons olive oil

Medium onion, cut into cubes

2 caravan stems cut into slices

2 large carrots cut into slices

Salt and pepper as desired

4 potatoes cut into cubes

Teaspoon dried thyme

2 cloves of garlic chopped

3 cups of vegetable broth

2 cup frozen peas

2 cup frozen atom

2 cup cooking cream



How to prepare vegetable soup

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add onions, celery, carrots and my heart.

Season with salt and pepper and stir from time to time for about 5 minutes.

Add chopped potatoes, thyme and garlic and cook the mixture until it smells for one minute.

Add the vegetable broth, and leave the mixture to a boil over low heat until the vegetables are tender, for about 20 minutes.

Use the brutal blender to whisk the soup to become thicker.

Add the peas, corn and cooking cream and leave all over a low heat for about 5 minutes until the soup becomes thick.

Serve hot creamy vegetable soup with crunchy bread.
