Ingredients for fried eggs in Turkish style
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon ground hot pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon white vinegar
4 large eggs
Fresh herbs (dill, mint, parsley)

How to prepare fried eggs the Turkish way
Place the yogurt in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the crushed garlic to the yogurt.
Add lemon zest and juice, dill, salt and pepper.
Stir the mixture and leave it aside.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan or skillet over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
Continue to cook the butter until most of the bubbles subside, it smells nutty, and it turns a light nutty brown, about 3 minutes more.
Add pepper and cumin. Transfer it to a bowl and leave it aside.
Place a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add vinegar and put water on low heat.
Crack the eggs into separate small bowls, molds, or measuring cups and gently place them in the simmering water.
Gently pull the eggs and fry them in oil in a pan, adding all the ingredients
