Creamy Vegetable Soup Ingredients
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 potato 1
zucchini
2 celery stalks
1 handful of spinach
Salt
Black pepper
5 cups of chicken broth
3 – 4 tablespoons of cream
Ingredients for the topping
1 tablespoon of cream
Put your soup pot on the stove and add olive oil and heat.
Add the finely chopped onion into the heated pot and sauté until soft. Add
the finely diced carrot and fry for 1 minute.
Add the finely diced potato and fry for 1 minute.
Add the sliced zucchini and fry for 1 minute.
Add the finely chopped spinach and celery stalk and mix.
Add salt and pepper and mix a few times.
Then add the water and let it boil.
When the vegetables are soft, blend your soup.
Add the cream and boil for another time.
Put your soup in a serving bowl, pour the cream on top and serve hot.
