Curry Chicken Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 boneless chicken thighs
10-12 baby potatoes

Sauce 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion - chopped
6 cloves of garlic
8-10 mushrooms
1 cup cream - 200 ml.
1-1.5 cups milk
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt
Black pepper
Put your flat pan on the stove, add olive oil and heat.
Place the chicken in the heated pan and sear both sides.
Add the peeled baby potatoes to the pan.
Set aside the chicken that has taken on color.
Add olive oil to the pot.
Add the onions that you have sliced into thin strips to the potatoes and sauté until they soften.
Add the sliced garlic and thinly sliced mushrooms to the sautéed onions and cook until the mushrooms release their liquid.
Add salt, black pepper, curry and turmeric and mix.
Add the cream and milk and mix.
Place the chicken that you have set aside into the pot.
Then close the pot lid and cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes
