453 g pasta

3 tablespoons of uniform butter

1 tablespoon of olive oil

450 g mushroom slices

Salt and black pepper

How to prepare pasta with mushrooms and garlic

In a large saucepan, boil some salted water, add pasta and cook for 7 to 9 minutes.

Add the mushroom and season with salt and pepper and fry for about 5 minutes until it is brown and tender.

Add garlic, red pepper chips, and two tablespoons of butter and fry for another minute.

When the pasta is ready, keep 3/4 cup of boiling water, then filter the pasta.

Add pasta, preserved cooking water and cheese to the pan, and stir over medium heat until the cheese melts, the sauce intensifies and cover the pasta, for about two minutes.

Add the parsley and stir well, then serve with more cheese.
