Spanish tortilla with potatoes
4 large potatoes
A large onion
6 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
How to prepare Spanish tortillas with potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil.
Add the potatoes and stir every now and then until they are cooked and golden.
Transfer the potatoes to a plate and let them drain from the oil.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Add the fried potatoes and chopped onions to the eggs and mix well.
Over medium heat, heat the pan and add a little oil.
Add the egg and potato mixture and let it cook on both sides until it becomes golden and firm.
Place the Spanish tortilla with potatoes in a serving dish, and serve it hot.
