How to prepare tomato soup with basil
Heat the oven to 200 ° C
In a large tray, put the pieces of tomatoes, onions and chopped garlic a workshop of olive oil and stir the ingredients well.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.

In a large saucepan, pour the vegetable broth, add grilled tomatoes, basil and stir.
