3- Drink grape juice: 

It is rich in antioxidants, and it reduces systolic blood pressure by 5.8 points and diastolic blood pressure by 2.2 points after 4 weeks of regular drinking. In addition to other foodstuffs that contain antioxidants, they perform the same task.


4- Exposure to sunlight:

Obtaining a high level of vitamin D by exposing the face, arms, and legs to the sun for 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week, helps lower blood pressure, as vitamin D helps relax the arteries and improve their functional performance.


5- Spending time with friends: 

Loneliness increases the rate of high blood pressure by 3 points every 5 years, according to a study conducted in 2010 at the University of Chicago.
