Belgian waffle components
2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar

4 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
A cup and a half milk
Half a cup of melted butter

How to prepare the Belgian waffle
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, butter and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well.
Put the waffle dough in the machine designated for it, and is painted with a little butter and bake until it becomes golden brown on both sides.
Serve the Belgian waffle with honey or maple syrup and fresh fruits.
