Cherry Semolina Dessert


1 liter of milk

1.5 cups of granulated sugar

1.5 cups of semolina

1 tablespoon of butter

1 packet of vanilla

Ingredients for Cherry Sauce

½ cup of cherry juice

2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

1 cup of frozen cherries

1 heaping tablespoon of corn starch

Put milk, granulated sugar and semolina in your pot.

Put the mixture on the stove and stir constantly to make it thick.

Add butter and vanilla to your solidified semolina dessert and mix.

Spray water all around your glass container that you will shape your dessert with your hand.

Pour your ready semolina dessert into the container and let it cool.

When your dessert reaches room temperature, put it in the refrigerator and cool.


For the cherry sauce;

Add cherry juice, granulated sugar and cherries into a saucepan, put it on the stove and cook while stirring.

Add cornstarch and cherry juice into a separate mixing bowl and stir.

Then add into the saucepan and stir.


To assemble;

After it has cooled, turn it upside down onto a serving plate.

Drizzle cherry sauce over your dessert and serve.
