Chicken Nuggets & Ranch Sauce


2 chicken breasts

2 eggs

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons flour 2

pinches salt

1 pinch black pepper

Frying Sunflower oil Ingredients for Ranch Sauce 3 tablespoons strained yogurt 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 cloves of garlic Salt 1 full pinch dill 1 full pinch parsley 3 sprigs of green onion


Add the diced chicken, salt and pepper to the bowl of your food processor and start blending.

Add the eggs and continue blending.

Add the olive oil and continue blending.

Then add the flour one by one and blend well.

NOTE: You will obtain a slightly sticky mixture.

Add water to a bowl and wet your hands, break off walnut-sized pieces from the mixture and shape them into rectangles.

Pour sunflower oil into a large pan and let it heat up.

Put the flour, breadcrumbs and eggs on separate plates.

Coat the chicken pieces you have prepared in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, respectively.

Put them in the heated oil and fry them on both sides.


For Ranch sauce;

Put strained yogurt in a mixing bowl.

Add mayonnaise, white vinegar, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, finely chopped dill, parsley and green part of spring onion and mix.

NOTE: If you wish, you can put it in a jar and store it in the refrigerator for 1 week.


To assemble;

Place the fried nuggets on a paper towel-lined plate and allow the excess oil to drain off, then arrange on a serving plate.

Serve with ranch sauce on the side.
