2 medium onions, chopped

3 minced garlic cloves

1 chopped green pepper

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt 

1 pinch of ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of mixed spices

1 teaspoon sumac

1 cup of water

1 tablespoon of parsley

 


How to prepare sheep liver with onions and spices

In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil, then add the onions and minced garlic, and stir well until wilted.

Add green pepper.

Add the liver and stir well.

Pour the water and season the liver with salt, black pepper, mixed spices, and sumac.

Stir the ingredients well until the liver is cooked.

Pour the lamb liver into a serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley, then serve and enjoy your delicious dish!
