Mashed Potato Ingredients
4 – 5 potatoes
Salt
½ cup milk
3 heaping tablespoons butter
½ nutmeg – grated
White pepper
½ cup cheddar cheese – grated
Red pepper powder
Make a slit in the middle of the potatoes with a knife.
Put them in a pot, add water and let them boil.
Remove the boiled potatoes from the pot and peel them.
Put the peeled potatoes in a mixing bowl and mash them with a potato masher.
Add salt, milk, butter, grated nutmeg, white pepper, grated kashar cheese and red pepper powder and mix with a spatula.
Put the ready mashed potatoes in a piping bag with a star tip and squeeze them onto a baking tray covered with baking paper, slightly apart.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the top takes on color.
