Chocolate truffles ingredients
200 g dark chocolate
200 ml liquid cream
30 g butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
To decorate: cocoa powder or grated coconut
How to prepare chocolate truffles
In a pot, heat the liquid cream, but do not let it boil.
Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl, pour the hot cream over it, then leave the mixture for a few minutes and then mix well.
Add butter and vanilla, and mix the ingredients well.
Cover the bowl and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours until it cools and solidifies.
After cooling, form small balls using your hands.
Coat each ball in cocoa powder or grated coconut, then serve.
