 Apple Flourless Cake Ingredients




150 ml. cream

250 gr. chocolate chips

3 egg yolks

4 tablespoons wheat starch

3 egg whites

3 tablespoons honey

Ingredients for the top

1 apple

¾ cup coarsely crushed hazelnuts

1 heaping tablespoon powdered sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Ingredients for the decoration

Put the cream in a saucepan and heat it.

Add the dark chocolate and melt it by stirring.


In a mixing bowl, mix the egg yolks and starch with a whisk.

Add the chocolate you have prepared and mix well.


In a separate mixing bowl, beat the egg white and honey with a mixer until they reach a solid consistency.

Add the egg white to the chocolate mixture slowly in three stages and mix with a spatula, covering from the outside inwards.

Pour the cake mixture into a 20 cm springform cake tin that you have lined with baking paper.


Peel the apple, cut it into small cubes and put it in a mixing bowl.

Add the coarsely crushed hazelnuts, powdered sugar and ground cinnamon and mix.

Add this mixture to the cake mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
