Chocolate Brownie Mousse Ingredients
Ingredients for Brownie
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
200 gr. butter
250 gr. dark chocolate
½ cup flour
1 packet vanilla
Ingredients for Chocolate Mousse
60 gr. milk – ½ cup
60 gr. cream – 2 tablespoons
200 gr. chocolate
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 orange peel grated
2 egg yolks – 40 gr.
200 ml. cold cream
Ingredients for decoration
Cocoa
Pomegranate flower
For the brownie;
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar well with a mixer.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Put the chocolate in a mixing bowl and add the butter and melt while stirring.
Add the chocolate to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
Then, pass through a strainer and add the flour and vanilla and mix with a spatula.
Spread the mixture you have prepared on a rectangular baking tray lined with baking paper on the sides and bottom.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool.
For chocolate mousse;
Heat cream and milk in a saucepan.
When hot, add chocolate and mix.
Put granulated sugar and orange peel in a mixing bowl.
Rub orange peel and granulated sugar with your hands.
Add egg yolk and beat with a whisk until the color lightens.
Add the chocolate mixture you prepared to the egg mixture by whisking.
Put cold cream in a separate mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until it solidifies.
Then add half of the whipped cream you prepared and mix with a spatula, closing it from the outside to the inside.
Add the remaining cream in the same way and mix.
Put the mousse you prepared in a piping bag, put it in the refrigerator and cool thoroughly.
To assemble;
Spread chocolate mousse over cooled brownie and let cool in refrigerator.
Decorate top of cooled dessert with cocoa and pomegranate flower.
Slice and serve.
