How to prepare cranberry pie

Heat the oven to 200 ° C.

In a large bowl, mix cranberry juice and sugar together, then add cornstarch and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous and slightly condensed the mixture.

Add cranberry and lemon spray and stir well.

Wipe the pie baking mold with butter, and spread half of the pie dough in it.

Pour the cranberry mixture into the pie dough.

Put the other half of the dough over the mixture and seal the edges with your finger.

Make small cracks at the top of the dough to allow the air to go out during the baking.

Put the pie in the oven for about 45 to 50 minutes or until the pie is golden in color and filling knit.

Take the pie from the oven and let it cool.

Serve cranberry pie with heavy cream or vanilla ice cream as desired.
