453 g fettuccine pasta
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 cups heavy cream
A cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
How to prepare fettuccine alfredo with garlic and parmesan sauce
Cook the fettuccine according to instructions, then drain the water and set aside.
In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the chopped garlic and stir a little.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, then let it boil.
Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
