Thai mango salad ingredients
For salad:
A large mango, peeled and cut into thin slices
Finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
A cup of fresh bean sprouts
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons Sweet Chili sauce
1/2 lemon juice + zest
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
How to prepare Thai mango salad
To prepare the sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
