Philadelphia sandwich


500 g beef cut into thin slices

A large chopped onion

3 cloves of crushed garlic

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup mushrooms cut into slices

1/2 cup green sweet pepper, cut into slices

1/2 cup Philadelphia cheese

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup meat broth

French bread rolls



How to prepare a Philadelphia sandwich

In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the onions, then stir until they turn translucent.

Add the meat slices and stir until the meat is cooked.

Add the crushed garlic and stir for a minute.

Add the mushrooms and green peppers, and continue stirring for 5 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and the peppers are cooked.

Add soy sauce and meat broth, and stir well.

Add the Philadelphia cheese and continue stirring until it melts.

Place the meat and vegetable mixture in the bread, and serve the Philadelphia sandwich hot.
