Cajun Spiced Salmon Ingredients

4 slices of salmon fillet
3 – 4 tablespoons of clarified butter
Clean the fatty parts of the salmon fillets.
Put the cajun spice on a flat plate and coat the fleshy parts of the salmon you have prepared with the spice.

plain butter in the heated pan and melt it.
First place the spicy part of the fish on the melted butter and cook for 2 minutes.
Then turn the skin side and cook for another 2 minutes.
Place the fried fish in a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes
