Facial care is the most important part of a beauty care regime. If you have normal skin, you are lucky, but this does not mean that you should not care about normal skin care. Drinking plenty of water, following a balanced diet and exercising are all essential for normal skin care.

• Use natural oatmeal with honey as a cleanser for normal skin by rubbing the skin with this mixture.
• Take 1 teaspoon of boiled oats, half a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of milk. Mix the ingredients well. Distribute the mixture evenly on the face and neck. After 10 minutes, moisten a piece of cotton in cooled rose water and pass it over the face and neck, using gentle upward movements to massage and rub the face and neck. Wash your face with water then dry it with a soft towel. Apply moisturizer to your face and neck. You can use this cleanser every day.
• You can also buy a natural walnut and apricot scrub and use it day after day (alternately)
• Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily for normal skin care
• Eat plenty of salad, milk, and fresh, leafy vegetables in your regular skin care diet
• If you can't go to the gym or pool every day, walk for 30 minutes every day. This should be done in a relaxed manner either in the morning or evening.
• Make sure to get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, one of the most important ways to take care of normal skin
• Use a natural mask once every 7 days for normal skin care
• Use a natural mask consisting of (1 teaspoon of Fuller's earth, 1 teaspoon of sandalwood powder, half a teaspoon of milk cream, 1 teaspoon of rose water, 1 teaspoon of honey). Mix the ingredients well. Apply the mixture on the face and neck. Avoid the area around the eyes. Apply a mixture of half a teaspoon of honey, half a teaspoon of cucumber juice and half a teaspoon of milk cream to the area around the eyes.
• Leave the mask on your face for 10 minutes. Moisten a piece of cotton with rose water and gently wipe the face and neck, then wash with water.
• For normal skin care, dry the face and neck with a soft towel.
• Gently massage the face and neck with a moisturizer containing aloe vera
• Massage by making upward circular movements with your fingertips
• Always use a sun protection cream, gel or lotion that contains a sun protection factor of 15 or 30. The higher the sun protection factor, the more effective the product is.
