A cup of oatmeal

How to prepare soft oat biscuits

Preheat the oven to 177 degrees Celsius.

In a baking tray, place parchment paper and leave it aside.

In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough (if your dough is too sticky to shape and roll out, put it in the fridge for a few minutes to firm up more).

Using a large spoon, scoop the dough into a smooth ball and place it on the prepared cookie sheet.

Repeat with the remaining biscuit dough, leaving a distance of at least 1.5 cm between the biscuit balls.

Then press slightly on each dough ball with the palm of your hand.

Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, and when done, the tops will be pale and slightly cracked.

Leave the biscuits to cool completely on the baking tray, then put them in a jar or serve them.
