Seafood soup components
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cupcake, cut into cubes
1 cup of carrots cut into cubes
1 cup of onions, cut into cubes
4 minced garlic cloves
2 teaspoons paprika
Salt according to taste
1 pepper pinch
2 liters of seafood or vegetables
1 small box of tomato sauce
1 cup of whole -fat coconut milk
1 k an elephant white fish without peel or bone
1 kilo peeled and sweat shrimp
How to prepare seafood soup
In a deep saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add celery, onions and carrots and let them on the fire for about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and let the mixture on the heat for a minute before stirring in pepper, salt and hot pepper.
Pour the vegetable broth, tomato sauce and coconut milk, then let the mixture on low heat for 30 minutes.
Add the fish, cover the pot and leave it for about 8 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cover it again for two minutes or until the shrimp and fish are tender.
Serve the soup immediately while it is hot.
