Mango and chia pudding ingredients
A cup and a half of coconut milk
One and a half tablespoons of maple syrup
A small pinch of salt
A teaspoon of vanilla extract
6 tablespoons chia seeds
A large mango
1/2 cup raspberries
How to prepare mango and chia pudding
In a jar, mix coconut milk, maple syrup, salt, vanilla and chia seeds, stir well, then close the jar and leave it in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
Once the pudding is ready, mash the mango pulp well.
In a bowl, place the berries with the maple syrup and mash slightly with a fork.
Place a layer of chia seed pudding, then a layer of mango puree, then a layer of raspberry puree in a deep dish and serve.
