Mango dessert ingredients
24 pieces of graham crackers
500 ml whipping cream
300 ml sweetened condensed milk
4 medium mangoes, peeled and cut into thin slices
How to prepare mango dessert
Before you start making the mango dessert, chill the cream in the refrigerator overnight or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Place the cooled cream in a large bowl and whisk until it doubles in volume.
Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk to the cream and continue whipping.
In a rectangular glass dish, place a layer of graham crackers, then pour a quarter of the cream mixture over the biscuits, then cover with mango slices.
Repeat the process until you have 4 layers, finishing with the cream and mango slices on top.
Refrigerate the mango dessert for 3 to 5 hours, then serve.
