Wild grape cake ingredients
A cup and a quarter of the oats
A cup and a quarter of flour
A teaspoon and a half baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Greek yogurt cup
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
A teaspoon and a half vanilla
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil dissolved
2 cup of grape wilderries BlueberRies
How to prepare wild grape cake
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, grease the baking tray with a non -sticky cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.
In another bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt with milk, eggs, vanilla, honey and dissolved coconut oil.
Add the yogurt mixture to the oatmeal and mix well.
Gently add wild grapes and stir, then pour the mixture in the prepared baking tray, and bake the cake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Take the wild grape cake out of the oven and let it cool for 20 minutes in the tray, then put it in the serving plate and let it cool completely, then serve it
