Shamrock Farms' Fresh Traditional Eggnog has a creamy texture, sweet flavor, and mild, warm spice notes, making it a versatile base for many cocktail flavor combinations. We like to serve it in a frosted glass, but any festive container will work, like a small candy cane stirrer. 1 oz. vodka
1 oz. coffee or espresso liqueur
1 oz. brewed espresso or cold-brew concentrate
2 1/2 oz. Shamrock Farms Traditional Eggnog
A few drops of peppermint extract (optional)
Cocoa powder, for serving (optional)
Step 1
Heat a handful of chopped chocolate on a small plate in the microwave just until melted, about 20 seconds. Press the rim of a martini glass into the chocolate, then into the crushed mint candies.
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, eggnog, and peppermint extract (if using). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
Step 3
Strain into prepared glass, dust with cocoa (if using), and serve immediately.
