455 g Pasta Vitochini cooked

2 tablespoons butter

1 kilo of shrimp cleaner

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

For Alfredo sauce:


2 tablespoons butter

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of flour

2 cup cooking cream 

1/4 cup Sour Cream

Parmesan cheese cup

Salt and black pepper



How to prepare Alfredo Pasta with shrimp

To prepare the Friedo sauce, in a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the crushed garlic and gourmet a little, then sprinkle the flour over it and stir.

Slowly pour the cooking cream with constant stirring.

Once the cream becomes hot, add the sparkle cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Lower the heat to medium and gently stir until the cheese melts and the mixture holds.

Keep stirring for 5 minutes, and once the sauce is ready, mix it with cooked pasta.

To prepare shrimp, season the shrimp with salt and pepper in a bowl.

Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until it is distributed evenly.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter.

When the butter melts, add the shrimp and cook until it becomes pink.

Take the shrimp out of the pan immediately so that it does not continue to cook.

To apply, put the pasta covered with sauce in large containers and distribute shrimp on them.

Sprinkle a little sauce over the shrimp and spray a little of the Parmesan cheese
